SociLoop — Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SociLoop ("SociLoop", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you and SociLoop.

2. Who May Use SociLoop

SociLoop is currently designed for licensed medical professionals in India. We intend to expand to other licensed professionals in the future. You may use SociLoop only if:

  • You are a licensed professional in good standing with your regulatory body
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are using the platform for your own professional social media presence
  • You are located in India or using the platform to manage a practice in India

Use of SociLoop by individuals who are not licensed professionals is strictly prohibited.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content published through SociLoop complies with the rules of your professional regulatory body. For medical professionals, this includes the National Medical Commission (NMC) Regulations on Medical Practice, 2023. SociLoop provides automated compliance checks as a convenience tool only — these checks do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee regulatory compliance.

3.2 Review Before Publishing

You must review and approve every post before it is published. By approving a post, you confirm that its content is accurate, compliant with applicable regulations, and appropriate for your professional audience. SociLoop is not responsible for content you approve and publish.

3.3 Prohibited Content

You must not use SociLoop to create or publish:

  • Patient-identifiable information of any kind
  • False, misleading, or unsubstantiated medical or professional claims
  • Content that violates your regulatory body's advertising guidelines
  • Testimonials or endorsements prohibited by your regulator
  • Pricing, promotional offers, or commercial calls to action prohibited by regulation
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content of any kind

3.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sociloop.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. AI-Generated Content

SociLoop uses artificial intelligence to generate draft content based on your professional profile and preferences. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated drafts may contain inaccuracies and require your review
  • You are the author of record for all content published from your account
  • SociLoop makes no warranty that generated content is accurate, complete, or compliant with any regulation
  • You must not publish AI-generated content without reading and verifying it yourself

5. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account (e.g. a Facebook Page) to SociLoop, you authorise us to publish approved content to that account on your behalf. You may disconnect any social account at any time from your dashboard. SociLoop will not publish to your social accounts without your explicit approval of each post.

6. Subscription and Billing

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
  • After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at ₹4,999/month
  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. SociLoop does not store your payment card details
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@sociloop.com within 7 days of a charge for refund requests

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SociLoop shall not be liable for:

  • Any regulatory action, fine, or penalty taken against you by the NMC or any other professional body in connection with content published through our platform
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from platform downtime or errors
  • Third-party actions including those of Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SociLoop in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

SociLoop and its underlying technology, design, and brand are owned by SociLoop and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you publish. By using SociLoop, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to operate the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in a way that harms other users or SociLoop. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
