Response commitment
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Self-service options
Many rights under the DPDP Act are available directly from your account without needing to contact us:
- Download your data — available in Profile Settings → Your data
- Correct your information — edit directly in Profile Settings
- Delete your account — available in Profile Settings → Danger zone
- Unsubscribe from emails — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or toggle in Profile Settings → Notifications
